Terms of Service
The terms that apply to our website and our services.
Last updated: 1 November 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by YOO Your Other Office Partners ("YOO", "we", "us"). Where you sign a proposal, engagement letter or service agreement with us, that document applies together with these terms, and it takes priority if the two conflict.
1. Our services
We provide professional business support, including executive support, marketing and branding, operations and systems, AI and automation, industry-specific administration and property and project coordination. The specific work, hours and deliverables for each client are agreed in writing.
We do not provide legal, medical, financial, tax or other regulated professional advice. Where we support law firms, medical practices or other regulated businesses, responsibility for professional advice and regulated decisions stays with the client.
2. Prices and scope
Prices calculated on this website use our published hourly rates for the hours and services you select, with a minimum of 5 hours a week for each service. A paid onboarding session confirms your scope, the type of work and your hours, and your confirmed price is agreed in writing before work begins. Consultations are $50 USD for 45 minutes. Longer sessions are $100 USD for 90 minutes, $125 USD for 2 hours and $150 USD for 3 hours. Consultations are paid in advance, whether or not you go ahead with the work. General questions through our contact form are free. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted and approved before we do it.
3. Fees and payment
- Ongoing support plans have a minimum term of 6 months. Where we agree a shorter term, a 25% surcharge applies.
- Plans renew automatically for a further 6 months unless you give us written notice at least 30 days before the end of your term.
- Ongoing support is paid monthly in advance by automatic payment, for the hours reserved in your plan, at the published rate for each type of work. Reserved hours are billed whether or not they are fully used.
- Projects, such as websites, lead systems and AI builds, are billed at the fixed price in your proposal, whatever time the work takes.
- Invoicing frequency and payment terms are set out in your proposal or agreement.
- Consultations are paid in advance.
- We may update our published rates. Changes apply to existing clients only after written notice.
4. Your responsibilities
To deliver good work we need timely access to the accounts, information and approvals the work depends on. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you give us and for making sure you have the right to share it with us.
5. Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver our services. This obligation continues after our engagement ends. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
6. Intellectual property
Once paid for in full, the deliverables we create specifically for you belong to you. We keep ownership of our own methods, templates, tools and know-how, and third-party software, fonts, images and platforms remain subject to their own licenses.
7. Third-party tools
Much of our work uses third-party platforms such as email, CRM, project management, website and AI tools. We are not responsible for the availability, changes or failures of those platforms, and their own terms apply to your use of them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.
9. Ending an engagement
Either party may end an engagement in line with the notice period in your agreement. If you end an ongoing support plan before the end of its term, the balance for the rest of that term remains payable unless we agree otherwise in writing. You pay for work completed up to the end date, and we hand over any deliverables and access that belong to you.
10. Using this website
The content on this website is for general information. Please don't copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our permission, or use the website in any way that could damage it or interfere with other people's use of it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, unless your agreement with us states otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
13. Contact
